DESCRIPTION
TEGO® Rad 2800 is a radically cross-linkable release additive, providing utmost release and slip properties. Additional defoaming properties. Ideal for high-viscosity pigmented inks.

China Offset of TEGO Rad 2800 is a new release additive for printing inks and varnishes. The new product reportedly displays the highest release effect in the company’s Rad portfolio and thus takes a further step in completing the range of radiation-curing glide and release additives. Rad 2800 has pronounced silicone character, combining strong hydrophobing properties with optimum system compatibility.

Incorporation
Easy to add with pre-diluted solvent the same as that in the coating system. Can added as post-addition.

1. Radiation reactive silicon additive. Good defoaming. Reduce friction coefficient distinctly. The excellent release force.
2. Suit for color paint.
3. Excellent anti-fouling.

Storage Stability and Package
Keep intact 24 months in original package. Products beyond the storage period may continue to be used after inspection. The container must be closed immediately after use.
